Cash to the courier at the door. The option most of our customers pick.

Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit, charged when you send the order.

Pay with the cards saved in your Google account, on compatible devices.

Apple Pay

On iPhone, iPad and Mac, with a card already set up in Wallet.

Cash on delivery

With cash on delivery you pay nothing when you order. You pay only when the parcel is in front of you. If you are buying from us for the first time, this is the option we suggest.

The four steps

You send the order without any payment details.
Within 48 hours we phone you to confirm the address and the amount.
We ship, and you receive the tracking code where the courier provides one.
The courier delivers the parcel and you pay in cash.

Keep the exact amount ready. Couriers frequently carry no change. In some countries there is a small cash-on-delivery fee, always shown before you confirm.

If you do not answer

Orders whose confirmation call stays unanswered for 48 hours may be cancelled automatically. You have not paid anything, so it has no consequence for you.

Handy for gifts — the person receiving it can pay the courier.

Is it safe?

The courier collects the payment at the moment of delivery and usually notifies you before arriving, so you know the amount and the time. Look at the box before paying: if it is clearly damaged, refuse it or sign with accepted subject to inspection, and then write to us within 48 hours.

Paying online

Card and wallet payments go through certified payment providers, over an encrypted SSL connection that meets PCI-DSS requirements. Your card number goes directly to the provider: we never see it and never keep it.

For a card payment your bank authorises exactly the amount of the purchase. If the order is cancelled, we request the release of that amount straight away; the time it takes to show up again on your account is decided by your bank.

Prices, invoices and refunds

Prices	VAT included where due. Any shipping charge is shown before you confirm.
Invoice	Emailed once the order is confirmed. Check your details first, because it cannot be corrected later.
Refund of an online payment	Credited to the same card or wallet.
Refund of a cash payment	By bank transfer to an IBAN in your name, within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
