Cookie policy
The cookies and similar technologies used on this site, why we use them, and how you can change your preferences.

1. About cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. When you open another page, the browser sends them back, allowing the site to recognise information from your visit. Comparable technologies — local storage, pixels and tags — work in a similar way, and this policy applies to them as well.
2. Types of cookies on this site
| Technical (necessary) | Needed for the site to function: security, traffic distribution, saving your cookie preferences. They do not require consent, because the site cannot work without them. |
|---|---|
| Caching | Store a ready copy of pages so they load faster. They contain nothing that identifies you. |
| Statistics | Show us, in aggregate form, how many visitors a page receives, what they read and where they arrive from. Used only if you consent. |
| Marketing | Tell us which advert led to an order and help us avoid showing ads to people who have already bought. Used only if you consent. |
3. First-party and third-party cookies
Cookies placed by this site are first-party. Cookies placed by external services we rely on are third-party, and those services handle them under their own privacy terms. Here, subject to your consent, the third parties are Google services for tag management, advertising measurement and statistics.
We ask for your consent before placing any cookie that is not strictly necessary. Until you choose, only technical cookies are active.
4. Duration
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined time — from a few days for technical settings to around two years for advertising identifiers — unless you remove them first.
5. Managing your preferences
You can change or withdraw your consent whenever you want by opening the cookie settings from the banner again. The new choice applies straight away to anything placed from then on.
Your browser also lets you block cookies, delete those already saved, or be notified before a new one is stored. You will usually find these options in the privacy or site data section of the browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may cause parts of the site to stop working.
6. If you say no
For you, nothing important changes: you can browse, order and receive your parcel as usual. The only difference is for us — we can no longer see which advert or which page led you to the site.
7. Cookies and personal data
When a cookie makes a device recognisable, the information it contains counts as personal data. It is processed as set out in our privacy policy, which also describes the legal bases, retention periods and your rights.
8. Updates
When we add or remove a service that uses cookies, we update this page and the date at the top.
