Shipping and delivery
From our warehouse to your door: timing, costs, missed deliveries and what to look at before you sign.
How long it takes
When you order, you see an estimated delivery time. It is a guide, not a guaranteed date. What we guarantee is that the order is shipped without unnecessary delay and delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. The only exception is a product whose page clearly states a longer maximum time.
Couriers deliver on working days only, never on public holidays. Bad weather, strikes and similar events can slow things down.
Cash on delivery orders start moving after the confirmation call. Until we have spoken to you, the parcel stays with us. Picking up the phone is the single quickest way to receive your order.
What shipping costs
If a shipping charge applies, you see it before confirming the order, and it is listed again in the confirmation. It can depend on the destination, the delivery method and the value of the order. Beyond the total you agreed to, the only possible addition is the cash-on-delivery fee charged in some countries, which is also displayed in advance.
Countries we ship to
We ship to every country you can pick in the order form. The courier delivers to the address you enter, so take a moment during the confirmation call to make sure it is complete: fixing it on the phone takes seconds, fixing it once the parcel has left takes days.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel is with the courier, you receive the order confirmation with the tracking code, where the courier issues one. The order tracking page explains how to read it.
Missed delivery
| First attempt | The courier tries to deliver. If nobody answers, the parcel is taken to the nearest depot. |
|---|---|
| Next 10 days | You can collect it or book a new delivery through the link the courier sends you by email. |
| 7 more days | Final chance to collect it. After that it comes back to us and the contract is terminated. |
Any trouble along the way? Tell us and we will deal with the courier to get the parcel released.
Before you sign
Count the packages against the delivery slip and look at the outer box. If it is damaged or shows signs of having been opened, say so to the courier on the spot: refuse the parcel, or write accepted subject to inspection on the slip. Then let us know as soon as you can.
This costs you nothing and does not reduce any of your other rights: you keep your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity in every case.
Circumstances beyond our control
Force majeure, lack of transport or other unforeseeable events can require a delivery to be split, delayed or cancelled. We will tell you if it happens, and if the order cannot be completed, whatever you have already paid is refunded.
Waiting longer than expected?
If the estimated time has passed without news, send us your order number and we will check. Contact us — every day, 08:00-14:00 / 16:00-20:00.
