1. Data controller

Your personal data are processed by Progarden Gear S.r.l., registered office Strada Toscana 14, Naples, Italy, VAT no. IT485949509, the company that runs this website. For questions about this policy, or to exercise the rights listed in section 8, email or use our contact page.

Messages to supportThe content of your message and the address you write from, so that we can answer you.

We only ask for what is needed to deliver your order. This site never asks you for card details: if you pay online, they are entered directly with a certified payment provider and do not pass through us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Handling and shipping your orderPerformance of the contract. Without these data we cannot deliver.
Order confirmation callPerformance of the contract: we phone the number you gave us to confirm address and amount before shipping.
Invoices, tax and accountingCompliance with legal obligations.
Support, returns and guaranteePerformance of the contract and compliance with consumer protection law.
Preventing fraud and fake ordersOur legitimate interest in protecting the business from false or abusive orders.
Advertising measurement and site improvementYour consent, given through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw whenever you want.

4. Measuring our advertising

We promote our products online and need to know which adverts generate orders. If you have given consent, the site sends Google conversion data, which may include an email address or phone number you provided, converted into an irreversible code (hash).

The conversion into a code happens inside your browser before anything is transmitted, so for this purpose the readable data never leave the site. It serves only to link an order to an advert, not to build a profile that we can consult. Without your consent this does not happen, and your order is processed in exactly the same way.

5. Recipients

  • Couriers and logistics companies, which need your name, address and phone number to deliver and, for cash on delivery, to collect the payment.
  • The company making the confirmation calls on our behalf and following our instructions.
  • Payment providers, if you pay online. They receive your payment data from you directly.
  • IT and hosting providers that keep the site and order management running, appointed as data processors by contract.
  • Public authorities, when disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not give them to third parties for their own marketing.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers, particularly for analytics and advertising measurement, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is protected by the safeguards provided for by EU data protection law, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or its standard contractual clauses.

Invoices and accounting recordsFor the period required by tax law, normally ten years.

8. Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entitles you to access your data, have them corrected if inaccurate, have them deleted when the conditions apply, restrict or object to their processing, receive them in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise these rights, email . We respond within one month. If you think your data have been processed unlawfully, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
