Progarden Gear is an online shop for garden equipment, built around a simple idea: you should be able to see what you bought before you pay for it.
Who we are
Progarden Gear is a brand of Progarden Gear S.r.l., an Italian company that sells garden and outdoor equipment directly to the people who use it. We have no physical stores and no intermediaries: each product has its own page, a short order form and home delivery.
We keep the range small on purpose. Before a product goes online we ask three questions: does it really solve the job it is made for, can it be used comfortably by someone who is not a professional, and will it last through a full season outdoors? If the answer to any of them is no, it stays off the shop.
Our way of selling
A short form
Name, address and phone number. No registration and no payment details.
A confirmation call
We phone you to check the address and the amount, so the parcel goes exactly where it should.
Payment at the door
Cash on delivery is our main payment method: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
Buying something you have never seen in person requires a little trust. Paying only at delivery means most of the risk sits with us, not with you, and we think that is fair.
Our commitments
Prices with no surprises at checkout. Delivery times we stick to. And a return window longer than the legal minimum: 30 days from delivery, with the return shipment paid by us.
Not every tool suits every garden. If you have doubts about whether a product is right for you, ask us before ordering: a straight answer now is better for both of us than a return later.
Support
Our support team is available every day, 08:00-14:00 / 16:00-20:00. You will be answered by someone who can open your order and actually deal with it, usually within a few hours.
